“Coin of Excellence” Winners Thrive At Wireless Communications
Verizon’s Georgia/Alabama Region has once again recognized the commitment that Wireless Communications has made to provide an untouchable customer experience. The Georgia/Alabama Region awards the “Coin of Excellence” to associates and managers that excel in providing first-class customer service and positive feedback via customer surveys. In the month of May two Wireless Communications employees were recipients of this distinguished award.
Shawn Cox started with Wireless Communications in October if 2011 and is currently an associate at the Crabapple store in Alpharetta, Georgia. Right away Shawn began to excel in customer service, he is often awarded “Perfect 10″ Net Promoter Scores by past customers. Shawn was awarded a VZW “Coin of Excellence”, a personal email from the VZW Channel Director, a certificate signed by the Region President and Channel Director and recognition in the monthly Indirect newsletter and the VZW homepage.
Melanie Smith was hired into our Manager In Training Program in March of 2012 and right away she began to take action at her Holly Springs, Georgia location. Melanie is the portrait of community involvement; she is actively involved in the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce and helps raise money, food and awareness for local charitable organizations. She was awarded the coin of excellence for her very successful Grand Opening Celebration on May 11th. Through connecting with the community and local businesses Melanie was able to maximize all her resources to pull off one of the most successful Grand Opening Events in Wireless Communications history. This caught the eye of Verizon Corporate Leadership and a few weeks later she was also recognized and awarded the “Coin of Excellence”.

Wireless Communications is Midwest Bound
Wireless Communications is proud to announce that they are expanding into the Midwest Region and are now classified as a Verizon National Account. Through a series of both agent and corporate takeovers the company will open six new locations in the Midwest Region between February 1st and March 15th. All six of the acquired retail stores will be located in Charleston, WV, Barboursville, WV and Ashland, KY.
Two locations have already opened at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV; they are located in the food court area and also next to Starbucks. The store that is now open in Charleston, WV is located in the Charleston Town Center on the lower level next to Charlotte Russe and Sprint. Additionally in Ashland, KY at 828 Winchester Avenue between to Area Advertising and Rent-A-Center another retail location has been opened. Two more locations are expected to open in the Ashland Mall in the coming weeks.

Corporate Office Moves to the Heart of Downtown Greenville, SC

January marked a significant milestone in the growth of Wireless Communications. The corporate office location moved from a small 2,200 square foot space on Augusta St. to the heart of downtown Greenville just a block from Main Street to 105 E. North Street in a 7,500 square foot space.
Mr. Patel was involved in every aspect of the renovation and construction of the existing building, taking the time to plan not just for present but also for the future. From the modern light fixtures to the automatic bathroom sinks there is a strategic purpose for every element of the office space. The company has even added offices and desks for employees that may not be hired until a year or two in the future.”We have tripled the size of our corporate office and I think it really showcases the growth and expansion at Wireless Communications,” says Krish Patel, President and founder of Wireless Communications. “I would encourage anyone to come and visit our new state-of-the art facility,” he adds.

Wireless Communications Sponsors UBS Ice On Main

HopeLine® helps support those affected by domestic violence. When someone donates a no longer used wireless phone, it can serve as a link to emergency services in a time of crisis. The donated phone can also be a reliable way to get in touch with family and friends and help individuals connect with employers as they rebuild their lives away from the threat of violence.

Two new locations have been added to the Wireless Communications’ lineup in Northeast Georgia. In December the company launched two new and convenient locations in Alpharetta and Holly Springs, Georgia.

Wireless Communications Celebrates Expansion
The past few months have been an exciting time of expansion for Wireless Communications, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer. Wireless Communications has expanded its market in Georgia by acquiring two stores from Verizon Corporate and opened its eighth store in the state this week. Another kiosk location opened in Aiken, GA just before Thanksgiving.
The two corporate takeover locations are located in Toccoa, GA next to the Wal-Mart shopping center and in Athens, GA in the Georgia Square Mall. These two locations opened on Sunday, October 30th and the leadership at Wireless Communications plans to make these locations even more successful than in previous years.
An additional location opened in Aiken, SC just in time for customers to take advantage of Black Friday deals, this location is a kiosk located in the Aiken Mall just off of Whiskey Road. Wireless Communications now has two locations in Aiken to better serve their customer base.
This weekend Wireless Communications opened a seventh Georgia location in Canton, GA on Holly Springs Parkway in front of Home Depot. This will be one of two locations to open just north of Atlanta, with another store scheduled to open in Alpharetta, GA later this week.
